This isn’t your typical networking event.
Bathing in Business is a relaxed, welcoming networking community bringing small business owners together across Shropshire - without the pressure, awkward intros or sales pitches.
It started with one simple idea: to create a space where people could show up as themselves, have honest conversations and build genuine connections.
A year later, that little £5 networking idea has grown into a thriving community, with sell-out events, new faces walking through the door every month and Bathing in Business travelling to venues across Shropshire.
No pressure. No sales pitches. Just good people, good coffee, and meaningful connection.
From one little idea to a growing community
Bathing in Business began at Frankly Farm Tours in September 2025, and Frankly Farm will always be our home base.
What started there has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.
Over the last year, Bathing in Business has welcomed familiar faces, complete newcomers, established businesses and people taking their very first steps into self-employment.
We’ve also taken Bathing in Business on Tour, collaborating with brilliant venues and organisations across Shropshire and giving the community the chance to connect in completely different spaces.
In September 2026, we celebrated our first anniversary at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity HQ - a milestone that gave me a chance to look around the room and realise just how far this little idea had come.
But wherever Bathing in Business goes, the heart of it stays exactly the same: real conversations, genuine relationships and a space where people feel welcome.

Either way, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and reminded you’re not doing this alone.
Where it happens
Bathing in Business is proudly rooted in Shropshire.
Our home base is Frankly Farm Tours, where it all began in September 2025 - and no matter how far Bathing in Business travels, the farm will always be home.
Alongside our regular Frankly Farm meetups, Bathing in Business on Tour takes the community to different venues across Shropshire, giving us the opportunity to collaborate with other brilliant local businesses and organisations while creating new experiences for our attendees.
