Community
This is the heart of everything I do - a space for connection, honesty, and real conversations about running a business.
Whether you join us at Bathing in Business, collaborate with me, or simply soak up the support… you’re part of a community that believes in lifting each other up.
No pressure. No sales pitches. Just good people, good coffee, and meaningful support.

Bathing in Business
Bathing in Business was inspired by something very close to home.
My husband Dave set up our business - Ash Plumbing & Bathrooms - over 15 years ago, and I watched first-hand just how much he had to juggle - being on the tools all day, then spending his evenings doing the admin, accounts, emails, marketing, quoting, planning and everything in between.

When I eventually came on board, I could share that load with him, and it was clear how much difference it makes when someone has your back.
But not everyone has that luxury. So many small business owners and solopreneurs are doing everything themselves - wearing all the hats, carrying all the responsibility, and trying to keep going even when it feels like a lot.
That’s exactly where the idea for Bathing in Business came from.
I wanted to create a safe, welcoming, non-corporate community where small business owners could come together, talk openly, share ideas, and feel supported.
A space where people don’t have to “have it all together” - they can simply show up as they are, grab a coffee, and be around others who truly get it.
Our first official meeting took place in September 2025, and since then we’ve held three monthly events, each one growing in energy, connection, and community.
We’re hosted at the beautiful Frankly Farm Tours, run by the wonderful John and Natalie - complete with open countryside views, gentle animals wandering by, and of course Jeffrey the Llama, our unofficial mascot.
